At OVELASTYLE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must remain attached.

  • The product must be in a resellable condition.

 We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


 Exchange Policy

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., wrong item, damaged), we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@ovelastyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Package your item securely and send it back using a trackable service.


 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
