1. Where is OVELASTYLE based?

We are proudly based in the United Kingdom, with our flagship store located in London. You can shop with us in-store or online via ovelastyle.com.


2. Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our London store is open for customers who want to browse collections in person, try on items, or pick up their online orders.
Opening Hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM


3. How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • UK: 7–12 business days

  • EU Countries: 10–15 business days
    Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or peak sales periods.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.


5. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa / Mastercard / American Express

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Other secure payment options via Shopify Checkout


7. Can I change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. Contact support@ovelastyle.com immediately if you need to make a change.


8. What is your return policy?

You can return unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


9. How do I start a return?

Email support@ovelastyle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you instructions and a return address.


10. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


11. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected EU countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.


12. Do you have size guides?

Yes — you can find our size charts on each product page under the “Size Guide” section.


13. How often do you restock items?

We restock popular items regularly, but some pieces are limited edition and may sell out quickly. Follow us on social media to be notified of restocks.
